We undertake food safety research and disseminate knowledge of the research output.
We provide you with tools and resources for advancing food safety and naturopathy.
We organize events aimed at bringing together stakeholders in academia, industry and the society.
We collect project requirements and craft project worklans for executing the strategies.
We are available for consultation and provide full time support for our services.
The purpose of the 8th Science, Technology, Innovation and Entrepreneurship (STI&E) International Conference was to bring together international scholars working in a wide range of research fields and create a platform for them to present, discuss, engage and publish research work related to development.
The Cefona open day aimed to bring together players from the academia, food industry, and the society to share knowledge in food safety and naturopathy. The Event attracted potential collaborators namely: Kariguinini Sec School, AGRA Kenya, Meadows Food Processing Company, IUNCBD, and local farmers around DeKUT.
The ASK Show, Nyeri Edition organized by the Agriculture Society of Kenya ran from 11th - 14th October at the Kabiruini show ground. The theme of the 2024 show was "Promoting Climate Smart Agriculture and Trade Initiatives for Sustainable Economic Growth"
The Wambugu Farm Expo, located near the Kenya School of Agriculture, hosted the show with CeFoNa exhibiting at the event as part of its mandate of promoting naturopathy ,through innovations and capacity building.
The Center participated in the AFMASS Food Manufacturing Expo Kenya & Eastern Africa Edition which is the leading international trade show and conference for the food & beverage manufacturing and milling industry in Eastern Africa region of Africa.
During the visit by the US Ambassador to Semi Conductors Technologies (STL) in Dekut Science and Technology Park, the center got the opportunity to pitch its therapeutic products.
